Vertical Exercises Can Be Easy And Even Fun!

The Amazingly Simply Vertical Exercises Revealed:

Your here for one reason and one reason only.

You want to be able to jump. You want to be able to dunk. You want to dominate the basketball/volleyball court!

Or at least you want to be able to jump pretty high...

In any sport you need the ability to jump, some sports put more empathise on being able to jump. In basketball for example you need to be able to jump high(There is no way around it!)  In soccer however you don't need to be able to jump high, but it would most definitely come in handy and set you apart from the rest of the players!

So without further delay let's talk about some awesome vertical exercises.

1, Box jumping: Surprise, surprise if you want to jump higher one of the most important vertical exercises involves building leg muscle, I bet you didn't see that one coming ;)
So the name pretty much sums up what you need to do. Get a good box, that isn't too tall. and place it in the middle of an open area. And jump from one side to the other, and than jump back to the previous spot. This is not ground breaking, but it works extremely well!

2, Squats: Now this is truly an exercise that you do not need anything for! Everyone should be familiar with how the "squat" is performed. The main objective for doing squats is to go very slow so that you can feel your leg muscles burn. Building your leg muscles is crucial and this is one of the most effective vertical exercises you can do.

3, Jump: Remember when I said vertical exercises could be fun? Well if this doesn't bring out your inner child than I don't know what will! Now you can't just start jumping around like your on a trampoline. There is a little technique that is involved, Jump off your toes and land of your toes make sure that your heels barely touch the floor while your jumping also.

And that's it folks! These vertical exercises are super effective, and I'm sure that you will see a big improvement in your vertical jump after just a few weeks of implementing these!
